VAP Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our vibrant and growing team in Bengaluru. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.
Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and identify top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the blockchain or technology industry.
- Experience using various recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information.
