Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers in the food and beverage industry to sell the SAAS product.
- Build and maintain a complete sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the SAAS product.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of F&B businesses and tailor the product offering to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, materials, and campaigns to effectively position the SAAS product in the market.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Provide ongoing customer support and build strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Fresher or 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the technology or SAAS industry.
- This role will be 100% Remote sales.
- Good knowledge of F&B tech industry and SAAS products with their value proposition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
- Ability to understand customer needs, analyze their business processes, and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM softwares like Freshsales to manage sales activities and customer data.
