Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as building relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Relationship Building skills
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the organic food industry
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Flexible and adaptable to changing market and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field, preferred
• The sales representative should be prepared for fieldwork.
