Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing visually stunning videos for our clients. This is a Full-Time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in video editing
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and resolutions
- Experience in creating engaging social media creatives
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Trim footage and assemble video segments to ensure smooth transitions and flow
- Add motion graphics, special effects, and other visual elements to enhance the video
- Select and edit music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the video
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet client requirements
- Upload and share videos on relevant platforms and monitor their performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques
- Manage and organize video files and assets for easy access and retrieval
