Job description

Manage and lead Glenmark’s corporate social media platforms on LinkedIn and Instagram. Leading digital touchpoints at Glenmark – Externally. Drive growth in followers and engagement primarily through inorganic strategies. Close working with internal teams – India and global – to build a follower base and engagement on these platforms, as well as assist on projects and campaigns of strategic importance.

Manage digital communications activities, including collateral creation, employee connect initiatives, and communication globally. Own/support key corporate communications projects with/for departments across Glenmark, globally. Build achievable success metrics for all social/digital platforms. Forecast, advise, create content strategy, and calendar for all digital platforms. Build and maintain Glenmark’s reputation via various external digital touchpoints. Build the ORM strategy and manage sentiment analysis along with the audit, management, maintenance, and improvement of digital assets from the corporate communications and branding point of view. Manage the corporate website for regular features and content updates, including SEO and keywords, with an agency support. Supervise the website facelift from a design and content point of view with the help of the IT team. Actively participate and ensure regular meetings of the Social Media and Website Content Committees. Circulate minutes of these meetings along with a summary of the action points with the relevant stakeholders within 24 hours of the meeting to ensure timely action. Ensure that any content posted on Glenmark’s external touchpoints, especially digital, is always compliant with local and international laws, rules and regulations. Support development and updating the existing marketing collaterals like corporate brochure, videos, etc.

Education: An MBA or equivalent in Communications Tier 1 institute preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Science preferred

Experience: Min 3+ years Ability to work with cross-functional teams Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivated Should have a good understanding of digital communication, social media, new communication formats, etc.
