Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst with a strong background in marketing mapping, long listing, target company identification, report generation, analysis, and prospect outreach. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential prospects effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain detailed marketing maps outlining key players, decision-makers, and influencers within target industries and segments. Utilize various research tools and databases to create long lists of potential leads and target companies based on predefined criteria. Generate comprehensive reports and analysis on market insights, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making. Employ LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential prospects, decision-makers, and stakeholders. Craft personalized outreach messages and communications to engage with prospects effectively and initiate meaningful conversations. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align research efforts with business objectives and sales strategies. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in marketing research and analysis. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support marketing campaigns, product development, and overall business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and target market identification within the marketing domain. Strong proficiency in using research tools, databases, and techniques to gather and analyze market data effectively. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms for prospecting and lead generation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
