Position: Marketing Coordinator

Exemplary written and verbal communication and client engagement skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Soft Spoken and pleasing personality. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Job Description Marketing Coordinator Demonstrate about company's Learning Management System to the schools through zoom and other online platforms. Work on the leads which will be generated through Social Media Platforms. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide product information using brochure, slides shows, website etc. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently. Prepare daily reports and submit the same in company's software. Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss the progress & area of improvements.
