The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telesales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales performance, and providing excellent customer service.QualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong team management and training skillsEffective analytical skills for analyzing sales data and performancePrior experience in telesales or related fieldBachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related fieldExperience in the playground and fitness equipment industry is a plusAs a Telesales Manager at Kidzlet, the successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in communication, team management, analytical skills, customer service, and training.
