Our client company is Hi tech Aerospace manufacturing company, Supply customized comprehensive UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) solutions to the Indian Defense forces and other Intelligence agencies. Companys innovation spreads across a broad spectrum and research spans many advanced engineering fields. Primary focus is to innovate for our defense forces and support India to become self-reliant in defense manufacturing. Company have spurred a revolution in combat drone by indigenously developing and manufacturing every subsystem that is used in a UAV. Job Position: Talent Acquisition Associate Experience: 3+ years Working Days: Monday- Saturday Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm Salary: 11-12 LPA Gender Preference: Female Qualification - Masters degree in HR/LR/IR/Management or related field from Tier I or II institutes.
- 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Roles & Responsibilities - Identify the organizations needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy including Employer Brand efforts to improve recruitment and business performance
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand key recruiting goals and milestones for the team & develop the hiring strategies.
- Visit career and job fairs
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate's experience.
- Maintain and improve keen understanding of the requirements for each role & create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Own full cycle recruitment & implement best practices in hiring issues and procedures.
- Manage searches toward optimal performance, including upgrading talent.
- Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our required positions.
Skills And Competencies - Proficiency with recruitment through social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for
- technical/non-technical roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current HR/talent, and the ability to think outside of what's been done before to come up with the best solution.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Ability to grow global strategies and thinking about recruiting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to senior leadership teams while collaborate and leads large cross departmental projects/initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organization
- Adaptability ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business need
- Divergent thinking creative problem solving, ability to know the environment and effectively use company resources to draw conclusions
- Analytical mindset using data to tell stories and drive decisions; you seek to understand and solve a problem, you instinctively ask for the data. You are fluent with recruiting analytics and how to build and improve systems and processes around them.
