We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certinia (a.k.a FinancialForce) PSA administrator to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will overall be responsible for managing our PSA (Professional Services Automation) system ensuring we have the right roles with the right skill set scheduled to ensure a successful customer implementation relevant to the customers project goals. ,
- Primary Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and monitor records in Salesforce & PSA including but not limited to Resource Requests, Project Assignments, Project Records, Reports, Dashboards and Skills and Certifications, Resource Records, Milestones, Billing Events, Billing Event iItem & other functions and records that complement our processes.
- Create reports in PSA (and Google Sheets if needed) on, but not limited to, auditing and analyzing timecard accuracy, utilization, capacity, estimated vs actual hours and project budgets.
- Train in-house employees on how to use PSA to manage their assignments and time tracking, manage project attributes and related processes.
- Creating reports and providing ongoing support to Operations, Project Management Office and Finance
- Communicate with stakeholders and users addressing issues or updates on projects, resource utilization, project assignments, timecards and other related activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand, manage & implement PSA business requirements for system and process changes
- Create and maintain audit reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the management
- Continually seek opportunities to optimize our use of PSA, ensuring the system and processes are delivering value to A360
- Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in using FinancialForce/PSA
- 1+ year experience with reporting and data analytics to audit and identify trends & gaps
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years experience in a consulting or professional services environment, or similar industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members
- Proficient in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs & Slides
- Experience with PSA processes and procedures. Strong knowledge of Certinia/ FinancialForce PSA, including the ability to configure resources, projects, and billing rules.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
