JOB SCOPE
Role : Process Improvement Manager

• A critical measure of success is the implementation, adaptation, and sustainability of key processes at all global stations once ownership of such improvements is transferred to local teams.
• In addition to specific projects, GRT members constantly work to facilitate broad communication and information exchange to align stakeholders around shared RD strategic vision and initiatives.
• This can include training on lean methodologies and clarity on processes within RD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS Operations or Business and/or equivalent 5 years of experience managing and improving processes
• Technical education or experience in plant sciences or Ag engineering is highly preferred.
• Experience or certifications in Project Management, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement (such as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies) and analytics are a plus.
• Fluent in English. Asian languages and French are a plus.
• Minimum level of education required Minimum level of experience required
