Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations of our brand. This will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Operations Assistant will be responsible for customer service and providing support to the Operations Manager.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in e-commerce, supply chain management, and proficiency in Excel.
