Job Overview: The Golden Rise is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Junior HR Associates in a hybrid work model. As a Junior HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Handle HR-related inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
