We are looking for a skilled Document Controller to join our team at 3 Ciircles Opc P Ltd. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing all project-related documents, ensuring their accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level document control experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using document control software and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- Implement and manage an efficient document control system to track all project documents.
- Ensure all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly versioned.
- Manage the distribution of project documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain the confidentiality and security of project documents.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely review and approval of documents.
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve any document control issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports.
- Train project team members on document control processes and procedures.
