Job description
- Providing Service of Billing Operator for company warehouse
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing data entry answering phones processing the mail etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone email and inperson.
- Processing transactions issuing checks and updating ledgers budgets etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits fact checks and resolving discrepancies
Requirements
- Associate s degree in related field with work experience.
- More education experience or additional certifications and licenses may be required.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
A bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong anarchically, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
