Required Skill-
Working experience with the ServiceNow, CMDB and other IT asset management tools.
Manage the entire lifecycle of EUC IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal usage and cost effectiveness.
Ability to assess the existing ITAM inventory environment/tool, identify and highlight the necessary process improvements.
