Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote PositiivPlus, with a primary emphasis on digital marketing and events/roadshows. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, adept at leveraging digital channels, and skilled in orchestrating engaging events to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. Manage PositiivPlus' presence on digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and content quality. Plan and execute offline events, roadshows, and industry conferences to showcase PositiivPlus, generate leads, and foster partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of [X] years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful events, roadshows, or conferences, preferably within the technology or sustainability sector. Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Passion for sustainability and environmental/social responsibility initiatives is highly desirable.
