Quality Team Leader - MUM -Banking Voice Process
JD: Quality- Team Leader
· The candidate should have led a team of Quality Advisors/Analysts/Professional in his/her current/previous organizations.
· The candidate need to have immense experience of Quality Management Process in the BPO world.
· The candidate should be a graduate/HSC.
· The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts
· The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls.
· The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
· The candidate should be flexible with shifts us shifts Window 5.30 pm - 8.30 am
