Job description
We are seeking an experienced L2 Endpoint Engineer to join our IT Services team. As an L2 Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint devices. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their endpoint devices are functioning properly and meeting their business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint devices.
• Install and configure endpoint devices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to endpoint devices.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Services.
• Strong knowledge of Powershell, MS Office package, Azure AD, Adobe, Network and firewall.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
