Job Description :
Partner with HRBPs and Total Rewards to administer Workforce Administration in Workday
Workforce Administration – Ensure employee data in Workday (Personal, organisation, compensation information, grade & Titles, work experience etc). are updated. Drive self-service with employees Employee changes in Workday – Changes such as new Joiners, separation, promotions, team changes in Workday are updated as per inputs from HRBPs.
Partner with HRBPs and Payroll Team to drive timely Payroll processing in ASPAC
Drive the agenda of receiving payroll related inputs as per the agreed timelines from the HRBPs Check, Collate and organize the payroll inputs per country and ensure the Payroll team receives them as per agreed timeline of the payroll calendar Validate the payroll summaries per country and ensure accuracy of all payments
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely onboarding of new employees, transfers and internal Talent movement and ensuring adherence to compliance
Creation of Job requisition for new positions and WWID for new joiners Drive the availability of IT Assets for new joiners on the 1st day – work with local country administration personnel Maintain employee records of existing employees and new hires Ensure employee records are organized as per local labour and compliance requirements
Employee Dashboards and Employee Support
Partner with HRBP and total rewards team to support employees with queries on policies and Employee related internal processes for example, generation of service certificates, VISA certificates, relieving letters and others Create and develop Employee dashboards - monthly/ quarterly for use in Finance & HR reporting
