You'll be responsible for strategic planning, identifying and analyzing customer demand, developing the annual marketing plan, building campaign programs, generating and managing the funnel, planning and running campaigns and events, working with press and industry analysts, liaising with senior stakeholders, and managing the budget to maximize return on Marketing Investment. End-to-end marketing of complex digital projects – working with highly skilled multidisciplinary/cross functional teams both on-shore and off-shore – and ensuring our client’s expectations are managed and met

Key Accountabilities

Lead Marketing for Lending, Cards, Core Banking amongst other Banktech solutions . Lead Regional Marketing for select countries as per Business need and holistically own the mandate of driving Brand, Thought Leadership, Media and business initiatives. Develop global campaigns / marketing initiatives, to meet the specific regional goals and market opportunity, ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders; Industrialize and develop global campaign topics and global launch plans based on the needs of targeted buyers across relevant banking and finance segments; Support an appropriate mix of integrated campaign tactics, including major events, event series, round tables, email, webinars, telemarketing, social media, etc, to support the Regions; Report on KPIs, track results, manages the lead qualification and handover process to Inside Sales. Authoring white papers, blogs. Create new format content with key industry partnerships. Working with customers on joint press releases and also to create new opportunities to heighten Brand Awareness + recognition in the market. As a senior member of the team, you will also be required to guide, mentor team members.

Required Skills:

Experience: 15+ year in operational/field marketing or similar functions Having Banking / Banktech experience is a must. Product Management (Digital Marketing Platform strategy, development, positioning and market launch) Digital Transformation programs (Strategy, Technology, Execution & Adoption) Developing strategic partnerships & alliances with digital agencies, analyst firms & technology companies. Business development, managing corporate business plans and driving Enterprise-wide initiatives Strong track record of B2B field marketing and demand generation (especially lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement); Experience of market research analytics, strategic planning, campaign development, budget management, events, email and nurturing, digital and social media; Should be able to build campaigns and drive thought leadership through Brand Strategy, Content Marketing, Creative Development, Marketing Automation, Growth Hacking, Online Reputation Management Hands-on experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, GA, Linkedin, Marketo, Eloqua or the like), and Salesforce is required; Good track record of marketing or sales operations in B2B field marketing or in demand generation; Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and ‘all things digital’; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required. Excellent communication and client management skills. Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. Open for travel on demand as deemed necessary for the project delivery
