Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding engagement initiatives, inquiries, and concerns. Collaborate with the HR team to execute and coordinate engagement strategies that align with employee lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and execute various engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and wellness programs. Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay attuned to employee sentiment, addressing concerns and suggestions as needed. Assist in the implementation and execution of employee rewards & recognition programs to celebrate achievements and boost morale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in engagement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in a human resources or engagement-focused role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. A passion for employee engagement and a genuine interest in enhancing workplace culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and implement innovative engagement ideas. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
