Reporting Structure and Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition : Source and recruit candidates for various roles across myOnsite Healthcare. This is not a role for recruiters who merely screen resumes from online databases; we seek proactive talent acquisition specialists.
• AI-Driven Recruitment : Utilize our AI-driven, proprietary IT system for all recruitment activities, including analytics, to measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Networking and Social Media : Take a strategic approach to meeting specific quotas for candidate sourcing and successful hires within defined timelines. This includes networking, headhunting, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Leverage technology, including ATS, CRM, and LMS, to enhance organizational development.
• Implement measurable outcomes and KPIs to ensure talent recruitment success.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) and a degree/certificate in Organisational Psychology/Development
• An additional degree in business administration is preferred
• Extensive experience in talent management and organizational development.
• Experience leading similar #TransformativeRoles is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in tech platforms, including ATS, CRM, and LMS.
• Alignment with our #PatientCentricCare approach and values.
