Job description
Areas of exposure: Sales of construction equipment, knowledge of construction activity, quarries operation, financial knowledge, understanding of construction equipment machinery
Job Responsibilities: To have proper customer coverage and be close to customer within coverage of 150 km.
- Sales Forecasting Execution
- Customer coverage and relationship building
- Key Account Management of the area ( Sales, Service, Parts).
- Has to meet our existing customers and competition customers, Financiers on daily
- Has to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS
- Has to guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support
- Has to meet the Order loss customers within a month time and educate about our Product details
- Has to conduct Job Study on our Machines Vs Competition machine every quarter
- To capture machine performance report and customer testimonials once every month
- To achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers are achieved every quarter
- To ensure all pre-sales and sales are captured in C360
- To target contacting of top 25 customers-once a quarter
- To track all upcoming and ongoing projects in the area of lead and opportunity
- To identify 5 key customer in the area and ensure all necessary activities- sales, service, parts, training- to nurture and strengthen the relationship
