Job description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Finance to join our Finance leadership team. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to a C-Level Executive. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide and international Finance operations, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Audit across multiple countries and business units.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; master's degree preferred. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred. 7-10+ years of experience in international multi-country organizations. Ability to translate strategic direction into effective operational and tactical decisions. Experience leading change management initiatives. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Experience managing audit teams is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis and financial systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and optimize all Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Audit processes to ensure a balance of performance and cost-effectiveness. Develop, implement, and administer financial management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations such as GAAP and IFRS. Establish best practices for financial systems use and ensure adherence throughout the organization. Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, providing support and implementing audit recommendations. Provide objective advice to ensure legal compliance and goal achievement. Identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Present findings to upper management through reports and presentations. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in finance management. Lead special projects as assigned, including due diligence for potential business opportunities.
