Role And Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Senior/Program Specialist in Training & Counseling to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks:
- Establishing partnerships with Tier 3 & Tier 4 colleges for the youth employability program
- Mobilizing students from these colleges and gauging their interest
- Delivering comprehensive soft skills training to students in offline and online modes, using the provided curriculum
- Mobilizing and preparing students for placement opportunities
- Providing one-on-one counseling to students for successful transition into the formal sector
- Maintaining student and program data in trackers and dashboards
- Collating case studies and program collateral
- Other support as required for program success
Candidate Qualifications To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
- Strong proficiency in Telugu language (Hyderabad location)
- Female candidates preferred (Mumbai location)
- Willingness to work pan India (Shamirpet, Valsad, Gurgaon, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai)
Required Skills - Fresher MSW or up to 2 years' experience for Program Specialist role
- Preferred work experience in student engagement
- Excellent college and student engagement track record
- Top-tier graduate and/or postgraduate degree (preferred)
- Ability to work well in a diverse team and under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
