Position: Pre Sales Manager
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
Salary: Upto 7 LPA
Shift: Day Shift
Interview: Walk-in
Roles & Responsibilities:
Meeting with sales managers to discuss presales strategies.
Training junior presales staff.
Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
Implementing sales strategies.
Managing the presales team and assisting junior staff.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintaining customer relationships.
Handling escalated customer complaints.
Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Skills:
Bachelors degree in any field
Previous experience working as a presales / telesales Team Lead.
Experience in presales preferred.
Strong managerial and sales skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to write and present reports.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.
English and Kannada is Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
