LOCATION - PUNE & MUMBAI ( ON-SITE )
SHIFT- 9am-7pm
WEEKLY OFF - Sundays and 2nd and 3rd Saturdays
Job Title: PR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns. The PR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies to promote our company's image and enhance its reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the company's image and enhance its reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Write press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key messages to the media and the public.
- Coordinate media interviews and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage media relations.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure PR efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage crisis communications and handle any negative publicity effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR.
- Manage PR budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in PR, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in PR.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in public relations or a related field.
- Professional certification in public relations (e.g., APR).
- Experience in specific industry sectors relevant to the company (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
- Experience working with international media outlets and managing global PR campaigns.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
