As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our most valuable asset – our talented workforce. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives. You will lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent in the AI and technology space. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture will be integral to your role, involving employee relations management, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative environment. Your expertise will guide the implementation of performance management systems, training and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings for our dynamic team. As the HR Manager, you will be a key contributor to the company's success by driving HR policies, compliance, and fostering an environment that supports the continuous growth and development of our exceptional workforce. What you will do: HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet organizational needs. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee growth and development. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support employee skill enhancement. Policy Development: Formulate, review, and update HR policies in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings. Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and ensure HR practices comply with relevant regulations. Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify and groom high-potential employees for key roles. As a startup, there is an anticipation of additional job roles like operations management.

Experience & Skills: Master’s in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role Thorough understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices as the Team is based out of both UK and India an understanding of local laws will be an added advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. Experience with HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
