Fast growing NBFC @ Andheri (E), Mumbai requires Office Assistant/ Secretary
• Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure office cleanliness
• Graduate with 2-3 years of exp. In similar field
• Proven experience as an office assistant, secretary, or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
