The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating documentation, delivery models, onboarding new customers, managing transitions, and establishing frameworks and processes to effectively run shared services.

Global Technology Center-Shared Services:

1. Responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team. NOC manager will ensure uninterrupted IT manage services for the client thru service delivery platforms. 2. Primarily deals with users, customers, vendors, engineers, and the whole technical team. 3. Ensures that the systems, process, and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant. 4. Will be responsible for Delivery /Delivery Governance from shared services Platform , capacity Planning - terms of technology . Licenses , and people Presales support and solutioning . Customer satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction 5. Produces innovative solutions to various Interoperability problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met. Implements and evaluates the working of various Tools subsystem and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry. 6. Responsible for informing Management, partners and peers about NOC performance and service availability. 7. Coordinates the duty shift table for the NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members (NOC technicians and NOC engineers) on different shift duties for ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner. 8. Pursue any other related activities as directed by superiors

1. 15+ years industry experience in Managed services , prior experience in providing Remote management services is must . 2. Must have worked with Reputed IT services organization 3. Self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively. 4. Ability to manage Team and experience in External /Client facing roles. 5. Professional certifications -ITIL/COBIT etc. 6. Ability to think quickly, take the initiative and willingness to make judgment calls. 7. Willingness and ability to learn new products and network technologies quickly, 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. In-depth knowledge of ITSM tools ( service now , BMC , Ivanti etc.) / ITOM Tools( Nagios /SolarWinds , Open stack etc.) /ITIL /APM tools like (New relic/Dynatrace ) and cloud technologies . 10. Technical background – BE/B Tech, MCA
