AA/NA Counsellor

We are seeking a full-time on-site AA/NA Counsellor to join our team in Jambughoda. The AA/NA Counsellor will be responsible for conducting 12-Step meetings, leading group therapy sessions, providing individual counseling and support, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our guests.

• Deep understanding of addiction and recovery principles
• Experience in conducting AA/NA meetings, group therapy, and individual counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening and empathy skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as psychology or social work
• Certification in addiction counseling or similar is preferred
• Knowledge of Indian culture and languages is a plus
