Role And Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the agendas, minutes of meetings, and activities of the Managing Director. They will prioritize and manage multiple assignments, coordinate with business teams, and assist in managing the MD's tasks. Additionally, the candidate will be required to manage communication on behalf of the Managing Director and produce reports, presentations, and briefs. The ideal candidate should be articulate, have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures, excel in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and be willing to take on a leadership role. It is important for the candidate to stay updated with the latest office gadgets and applications, and effectively multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. They should be proficient in office management systems and procedures, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the aspiration for a leadership role and be adept at multitasking and prioritizing daily workload.
