Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for creating a career in business development. The ideal candidate must build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and standalone hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Identify and build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, clinics and hospitals.

3. Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and recommend suitable products.

4. Present product information and features to healthcare providers, emphasizing the benefits and value of our products.

5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.

8. Collect and report customer feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence to help improve product offerings and strategies.

9. Resolve customer complaints and concerns, striving for excellent customer satisfaction.

10. Stay organized and manage time effectively to plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.

11. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives as established by the company.

12. Travel to meet clients and prospects in designated territories as needed.

13. Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and product updates.

 

Qualifications

Internship and PPO details -

Internship Duration: 6 months

- Stipend during an internship: INR 15,000 per month + sales incentives

- Travel allowance: INR 3,000 per month
