Good execution knowledge on Metro rail Electrical &Mechanical(E&M) systems
Good execution knowledge in understanding metro rail interface related works (ie: OHE, S&T systems, Power, Track works, rolling stock etc..) and support civil team
Able to perform Earthing related works in Viaduct and stations
Able to perform cable trench/duct/tray related works for viaduct, stations and sub stations
Able to understand Coordination drawings (CSD/SEM) and coordinate with civil team for execution
Able to discuss and coordinate with Designers for E & M execution works
Should be competent in coordinating between civil and systems teams
Performing Access related construction interfaces with System wide contractors
Should be able to maintain records in handing over and taking over and certificates with proper signoff
Raising RFIs and preparing bill with respect to raised RFIs.
Monitoring sub-contractor's activities to ensure compliance with approved methods.
Periodically conducts detailed audits to assess the level of compliance with the QA systems, procedures, and related-quality activities
Able to prepare schedule w.r.t E&M/interface works ensuring in coordination with civil team
Able to travel to E&M / Interface systems execution locations along the stretch of viaduct for the complete project.
