Orangewood Labs is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Lead Generation Automation Consultant to play a pivotal role in our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing automation systems and lead generation processes to support the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline lead nurturing, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing automation workflows, including segmentation, lead qualification, and lead nurturing campaigns to drive higher lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute email marketing campaigns, track their performance, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Implement lead scoring models and work closely with sales to ensure that marketing-qualified leads are effectively passed to the sales team.
  • Analyze and optimize our existing lead generation processes, recommending improvements and best practices to enhance lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Generate, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience, industries, and market trends to create relevant content and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral and content that supports lead generation efforts, including landing pages and forms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation technologies and trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, apollo).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the robotics or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
  • Part-time availability with a flexible schedule.
