Coordinating with the Marketing team for new customer onboarding, Sales Orders and Purchase OrderAcquiring Customer details & background from internal storage if available and sharing to Marketing team preparation of Quotation, Party wise threads in google chat and Dispatch BillingChecking the details of Purchase Order, Debit & Credit note, Eway bill, Tally bill and EinvoiceCreating reports like pending order and sales report handling pre-closure and cancellations process of pending order sharing company details to customers and getting Vendor form and KYC detailsResearching on competitors price sheet updating, editing and managing google chats and threads and vendor portalsCommunication with Customers via Mails
