Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Senior Recruiter- HR
Location: Nagpur

Job Description
-Main KRA will include mass hiring with the help of a team.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
-Ensure that employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
-Manage effective recruitment and applicant selection strategies.
-Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner
-Utilize innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques. This includes cold calling, screening, and -qualifying prospective candidates.
-Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
-Handle the HR operations of all the Regional Locations for their recruitments.
-Manage a team to complete the necessary recruiting within the allotted time.
Candidate Profile
-MBA/BBA in HR or relevant degree
-At least 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Mass Hiring
-Knowledge of Agricultural hiring will be an added advantage
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Immediate availability to start
-Good negotiation skills and work within budgetary constraints
-Knowledge of Recruitment
-Proficient in MS Office knowledge of HRMS is a plus
-Strong ethics and reliability
-Expertise in using MS Office (or similar) tools, especially Word, Excel, & PPT
-Remuneration: As per industry standards
