**Location - Mumbai (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their software requirements and provide guidance on integrating DevOps practices into the development process.
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and frameworks necessary for the continuous integration, deployment, and delivery of software applications.
- Automate and streamline the software development processes, including build, test, and deployment, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Monitor and improve the performance, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure and applications using tools like Nagios, New Relic, or similar.
- Implement and manage configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to ensure consistency and reliability across different environments.
- Work closely with the development and operations teams to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the development and deployment pipelines.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and management.
- Â Ensure proper security measures are implemented throughout the development and deployment processes, including vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps, automation, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Min 5+yrs of experience in working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, software architectures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
