Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring targets as per the organizations growth plan.
- Lead TA team to design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs.
- Give best in class candidate experience
- Identify organizations needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Define and drive team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction.
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Identify Innovative/new sourcing channels/tools and build internal capability.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost.
- Drive preferred channel sourcing and visibility on LinkedIn, iimjobs, Naukri etc.
- Identify the tools that help the business to scale up the hiring process.
- Proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like position ageing , time to fill, offer to joining conversion, offer- drop out ratios, source mix etc.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement brand awareness initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Person Specification:
- Overall work experience of 5-10 years in managing end to end recruitment processes.
- Must have at least 4-5 years of work experience in team management, leading and driving talent acquisition strategy, delivery and recruitment branding.
- Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies to engage and attract talent.
- Should have managed corporate level mid and senior level hiring.
