Job Title: Tele-caller - Lithium Ion Battery Packs Sales

Job Summary:

Helios Batteries, a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS), is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tele caller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our lithium-ion battery packs, and closing sales deals over the phone. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Helios Batteries' lithium-ion battery packs for EV and ESS applications.
  2. Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to prospective clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Helios Batteries' product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule product demonstrations or meetings with potential clients.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal status using the company's CRM system.
  7. Stay informed about advancements in lithium-ion battery technology and industry regulations.
  8. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  10. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  3. Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and their applications in EV and ESS.
  4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
