Job Summary:
Helios Batteries, a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS), is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tele caller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our lithium-ion battery packs, and closing sales deals over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Helios Batteries' lithium-ion battery packs for EV and ESS applications.
- Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to prospective clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Helios Batteries' product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule product demonstrations or meetings with potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal status using the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about advancements in lithium-ion battery technology and industry regulations.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and their applications in EV and ESS.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
