Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, demonstrating the product, and closing sales. They must achieve sales targets, generate leads through telephone, email, and social media, answer client queries, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Account Management, and Lead Generation skills
• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
