Job Purpose :
This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented International Procurement Executive who will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to coordinating with existing vendors and ensuring timely delivery of material. This role requires maintaining efficient supply chain operations and meeting the organizations procurement needs efficiently & timely for Ultracare Pro vertical of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain relation with existing vendors.
- Evaluate and compare offers from various suppliers to make informed decisions.
- Engage in negotiations to establish favorable contract terms and pricing arrangements.
- Implement a robust order tracking system to ensure the prompt delivery of products.
- Regularly assess and uphold the quality standards of purchased products.
- Maintain order details, including vendors, quantities, and prices, into internal databases.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices.
- Proactively monitor stock levels and initiate orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Experience : 2-6 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management, or a related field
Package: 5-7 LPA ( Depending on candidate profile)
Requirements:
- Preferably worked as International Procurement Executive.
- Proficiency in Email writing & in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with procurement processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
