Job description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Conduct comprehensive job analysis to understand the specific requirements of each position.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Drive the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Client Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
Act as a strategic partner in advising and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.
IT and Non-IT Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process for both Information Technology (IT) and non-IT positions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively recruit for IT roles.
Tailor recruitment strategies to attract and retain diverse talent for various business functions within the organization.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluation, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
Implement best practices in candidate selection, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
Work closely with hiring managers to make informed and timely hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on both IT and non-IT recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
