Title: Techno Commercial Capex Governance Manager Level: Senior Manager Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Nxtra CFO

Key Deliverables:- Responsible for compilation & validation of various Business cases for New Facilities / Expansion Plan Ensuring Capex Approvals as per Company Financial DoA Matrix and Tracking of Key High Spend Projects Measure & Reporting of Capex Utilisation and Efficiency Monitor Depreciation / Amortisation is flowing correctly in books basis plan (including tracking at project level) Preparation of Annual Operating Plan for Capex Section, basis Business Expansion Plan, Market data, Competition benchmarking and discussion with various cross functional teams. Preparation of monthly rolling forecast and variance analysis with earlier submission. Partnering with various cross function team to Drive Tracks on Capex Reduction/ Build Optimisations Benchmarking of spends across geographies for various budget heads of Civil, Land Development, EP, Electricity Lines, Transformer, Low Side, High Side works etc Work with Controller / FA Teams to ensure timely capitalization and right flow of depreciation / amortization in books Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to higher management to eliminate risks & control gaps. Monitoring of key statistics through financial reports, variance analysis and critical KPIs. Drive hygiene and cleanup of Balance sheet items of CWIP, Capex, Advance/SD, Inventory, EOL /EOS assets etc Skills required:- Basic Understanding of Data Centre / Construction Business Basic understanding of financial Statements and business laws (understanding of SEZ units will be preferred) Strong Analytical Skills Strong excel and financial model skills High process orientation and result orientation Good communication skills and have ability to interact with senior leadership Good Negotiation skills Educational Qualification & Experience:- B.Tech + MBA with 6 to 7 years of exp.Job tags
