Job description

Park+ is a mobile app-based platform with more than 1 million downloads (rated 4.6 on playstore). With 12 competent features (and more being developed as we speak), it seeks to be a one stop solution for every car owner in India. We’ve just finished our second round of funding, raising $35M by illustrious investors like that of Sequoia Capital, Matrix Partners and seasoned individual investors such as Ashish Hemarajani (founder, BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (founder, makeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (founder, Cred), Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal (founders, Snapdeal). You would be working with the product development team to develop new features for products. Their duties include collecting quantitative product data, interpreting consumer feedback, and developing product strategies. To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies

About the Role • Plan upsells, grow new revenue streams and drive revenue growth month-on-month • Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clientsnand relevant stakeholders • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of company, product, service or idea and drive initiatives at the designated clientele • Extensive traveling across the assigned geography to meet the clients/customers and resolve queries and issues • Collaborate with maintenance and installation teams for efficient project execution • Scheduling and executing marketing campaigns on sites which are on boarded in the system • Ensure all maintenance and site infrastructure is well maintained and tasks are completed within the assigned timelines • Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and new services to the clients and meeting activation targets • Share regular report on customer feedbacks about product/services with management and other factors influencing client acquisition • Monitoring and driving personal KRAs with 100% compliance • Build long term relationship with existing clients and interface with decision makers for repeat business

Key Competencies required: • Relationship management in a particular geography • Cross-functional collaboration for execution of projects and new initiatives • Manage on-ground operations and maintenance activities • Key Account management and upsell from the existing client portfolio • Client engagement and B2B sales and operations

Preferred Skills: ● Should have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment ● Comfortable traveling for client meetings ● Min. 2-6 years of experience in Sales/brand activation/business development ● Right exposure to handle customer expectations and work on resolution by aligning with internal stakeholders ● Proven track record and working experience as a relationship manager
