Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy and business plan focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the business from key existing clients
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to channelise effective sales.
Candidate Profile/ Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in F&B Industry or Loyalty Program is preferred
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with Clients
- Time management and planning skills
