We are hiring for Customer Care Associates (Inbound - Voice)
Job Description
They will be talking to customers
Resolving customers queries on phone
Deal with customer centricity
Documenting the conversation & resolution
Identify the customer Escalation and act according to it
Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the
customer centric activities (as process requires logical
people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly).
Education/ Experience Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply ( Fresher / Experienced )
Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS office (Excel / Word / Power point).
Problem solving skills
Good in Hindi-English
Should not fumble
Who can patiently listen to the Customer
Should take ownership on the call
Requirement
6 days with rotational off
Working window will be of 8 am to 10pm (12/7)
Shift Hours - 9 hours and 8 hours production
Good in Hindi-English
