Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at FBT Adventurers. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India,
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in handling phone calls and correspondence
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Provide accurate information to visitors and clients regarding company services
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective office operations
