Job Summary:
Tredence is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to work with our Partner and Business teams to enable seamless planning, growth, and impact. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategically focused channel marketing activities designed to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and end-to-end partner engagement. This role involves spearheading strategic initiatives and accelerating our engagement with all our partners in close collaboration with the channel marketing team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual and quarterly partner marketing plans, including understanding, leveraging and ensuring compliance with all partner marketing opportunities, processes, and guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of partner aligned events, such as trade shows, conferences, new service launches, awards and sponsorships to secure enhanced brand visibility for Tredence as an analytics industry leader.
- Develop comprehensive business plans with partner teams. Serve as the main point of contact for these partnerships, continuously refining and implementing strategies to foster deeper collaboration and business growth.
- Manage and drive Joint Portfolio Marketing and Partner-led Thought Leadership. This will entail driving alignment between CBOs, Practices, Channels Team and Partners to develop joint thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications, CXO surveys, and other content supporting initiatives to create awareness, equity, stickiness and success with partners.
- Work with partners to understand and effectively secure and utilize the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for various solution and accelerator campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources for mutual benefits.
- Assist in onboarding and running brickbuilder and marketplace campaigns, fostering portfolio awareness among clients.
- Promote partner solutions and value propositions both within Tredence and externally, ensuring alignment with partners, their customers, and prospects.
Build relationships across hyperscaler partner organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar area.
- 7+ years marketing and technology experience, including 5+ years of B2B and/or channel marketing experience.
- Experience marketing technology solutions to businesses, including marketing communications, sales support, CRM and database marketing, and event management.
- Experience with partners like Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, GCP with knowledge of Cloud, Data, and AI offerings preferable.
- Ability to work effectively with global partner organizations, fellow marketing team members, external partners, and other internal functional organizations to drive marketing programs.
- Knowledge of marketing communications channels (digital, social, direct marketing, experiential, PR) and familiarity with tactics (online, sales tools, advertising, events) to reach prospects.
- Superior oral and written communication and proofreading skills.
- Self-confident with strong presentation skills and outstanding organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage a marketing program budget.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
